We aim to display products, timber species and finishes as accurately as possible, but colours may vary between screens and natural timber may vary in grain and tone. Measurements and specifications are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Orders and availability

Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or for suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, we will refund any amounts paid for the unavailable items.

Shipping and risk

Ownership of goods passes to you upon full payment. Risk in the goods passes upon delivery to the address provided. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, methods and delivery expectations.
