How to know if your switches and outlets are suitable?

At the moment we have designs that are compatible with Clipsal C2000 (Classic) series, and Trader Puma series.

You can identify yours by removing the cover plate and checking the model number on the
grid.

  • Clipsal Classic - Compatible Clipsal switches and outlets will have a model that starts with C2XXX ie. Clipsal C2031VH, C2032VH, C2025
  • Trader Puma - Compatible Trader switches and outlets will have a model number that starts with PUXXX ie. Puma PUPP2G, PUSWV1G, PUSWV4G

If your switches and outlets don't have a removeable cover plate, or they only have a plastic ring that doesn't cover the whole face, then they are probably not in a compatible series.

Are Timber Plates easy to install?

Yes, they do require a bit of care when installing, but they are designed to be installed easily by anyone. For detailed instructions please refer to the installation guide included with your product.

Can I order custom cover plates?

Not anymore, but if the community is loud enough, we can release other profiles.

How do I care for my cover plates?

To maintain the beauty of your cover plates, clean them with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to New Zealand, but due to our limited range, we only supply regions that use the Clipsal Classic, or Trader Puma switches and outlets.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% happy with the plates, you can return them within 12 months for a full refund.
