1. What types of cover plates do you offer?

We offer a range of different plates to suit different styles and orientations. You can choose different species of timber, corners, edges, and finishes, or contact us for something completely custom.

2. How do I choose the right cover plate for my needs?

At the moment we only offer plates to suit Clipsal C2000 (Classic) series, and Trader Puma series switches and outlets.

Consider the number and orientation of the switches or outlets you need to cover and select your preferred options and quantities. Once you have decided, fill out the order form or contact us for assistance.

3. How to know if your switches and outlets are suitable?

At the moment we have designs that are compatible with Clipsal C2000 (Classic) series, and Trader Puma series.

You can identify yours by removing the cover plate and checking the model number on the grid.

Clipsal Classic - Compatible Clipsal switches and outlets will have a model that starts with C2XXX ie. Clipsal C2031VH, C2032VH, C2025

Trader Puma - Compatible Trader switches and outlets will have a model number that starts with PUXXX ie. Puma PUPP2G, PUSWV1G, PUSWV4G

If your switches and outlets don't have a removeable cover plate, or they only have a plastic ring that doesn't cover the whole face, then they are probably not in a compatible series.

3. Are your cover plates easy to install?

Yes, they do require a bit of care when installing, but they are designed to be installed easily by anyone. For detailed instructions please refer to the installation guide included with your product.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, due to the limited range, we only supply to Australia for the Clipsal Classic range and Trader Puma series switches and outlets.

4. What is your return policy?

Given our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the product is defective from the factory and returned within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund.
